We are very excited to announce we are regional finalists in the Countryside Alliance Awards 2020 for the South East. Barham Village Store is the only finalist in Kent which is a fantastic achievement especially as 18,000 rural businesses were nominated throughout the region. Other finalists are Fittleworth Village Shop in West Sussex, Hughenden Village Store in Buckinghamshire and The Lodsworth Larder in West Sussex. We wish them luck in the next stage.
The next step is to complete a questionnaire all about BVS and then a site visit by judges which take places between March and May. Regional winners are announced in May 2020.
